Owner, Jessica Williams joined her grandfather, Bob Williams' hearing aid business in 2002. Since then, she has moved and expanded to a two-location, premier hearing care practice with locations in both Wolfeboro and North Conway. The Hearing Aid Shop focuses on offering thorough diagnostic services and fitting hearing aids using best practice protocols - all while making it fun and financially accessible.

Nationally Board-Certified and with twenty years of experience fitting hearing devices and running a hearing healthcare practice - Jessica is a seasoned practitioner and still enjoys her work. She is passionate about a lot of things, but especially exploring the intersection of audiology and music.
A mother to two busy teenagers, Jessica enjoys working out, skiing, traveling, cheering for Kingswood sports teams and seeing as much live music as possible in her free time. Her daughter, Fallon may often be seen at the front desk or answering your phone calls.
